Authentic Rythm Of Living — Public Baths as Your Shower

image.jpeg

You will sleep on tatami mats and futon bedding. The green mats and the folded mattresses in the picture. The traditional Japanese way.

There is a coin laundry and a gym next door. With ample options for grocery shopping that allows for comfortable longer stays. Picnics in Nagai Park next door is warmly recommended.

The house was never built with a shower, and with 6 different onsens nearby (public baths) you have opportunity to step into the culture that formed around the hot springs of Japan. A great spot to practice your Japanese small talk.

The original layout of the house is kept so you can step into the life of the person who used to live here — leaning on common infrastructure in a quiet, but well connected, residential area in Japan.
